A Note from Denise and Friends...

Dear Friends,

When the Run2TheCross started in 2010,

Jon Willingham was honored as we started a trend

To dig wells in Africa and help orphans too,

Because that’s what God wanted us to do.

 

Each year we’ve grown by adding good deeds,

Always trying to help those in need.

Those addicted, those hungry and those in need of our help,

Praying to recognize God’s plan, was how we all felt.

 

He guided us and blessed us as we followed His lead,

Never dreaming to the extent we would succeed.

But with God as our strength and encourager too,

We knew there was nothing together we couldn’t do.

 

The year 2020 has kept us guessing,

But partnering with you has been such a blessing!

Our goal has been reached and our dreams have come true,

$52,000 was raised all because of you.

 

So we thank you, our friends, for the support you give,

Your generosity is truly helping others to live

A better life and a one with God too,

That’s why we want to say a BIG Thank you!!

 

So as we plan for 2021 and set our date,

We’ll be praying for guidance and we cannot wait

For God to show us what He wants us to see,

Because to do His will is always our plea!
